Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Associate specializing in White Collar and Investigations in Chattanooga, TN. The role involves working closely with the Human Trafficking Compliance group and representing survivors in a Pro Bono Legal Clinic. Candidates with six to eight years of experience in criminal and civil litigation, particularly in federal government investigations, are preferred.

Duties

  • Conduct supply chain investigations and audits.
  • Perform internal investigations for corporate clients.
  • Draft and review compliance programs and policies.
  • Represent clients in federal government investigations.
  • Engage in pro bono work within the Human Trafficking Legal Clinic.

Requirements

  • Six to eight years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Background in criminal and civil litigation.
  • Experience with corporate governance issues is preferred.
  • Interest in agriculture or food industries is a plus.
  • Active bar license in the corresponding state or commitment to obtain one.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active bar license in the state of practice.
