Duties

Requirements

• Current license to practice law in Alabama or Florida, in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, business law, and commercial transactions.
• Ability to manage client intake and trial preparation.
• Record case time and expenses contemporaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent research skills and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• High ethical standards and confidentiality in client matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Alabama or Florida.
