Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to serve as Attorney Director of Premises Presuit Operations in Tampa, Florida. This leadership role focuses on team development and operational execution, overseeing attorneys and case managers handling a high volume of pre-litigation premises liability cases.

Duties

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of multiple markets with direct management of attorneys and case managers.
  • Drive consistent execution of firm policies, workflows, and best practices across multiple markets.
  • Monitor and enforce KPIs, compliance metrics, and quality standards in line with business goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop attorneys and case managers through regular feedback and performance management.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for organization-wide issues while building scalable systems for timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from a fully accredited law school.
  • Active Bar member in good standing.
  • 5+ years of personal injury experience, with meaningful exposure to pre-litigation workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury presuit processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear direction and constructive feedback.
  • Self-starter with a long-term leadership mindset and interest in operational growth.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor from a fully accredited law school.
