Job Overview

A law firm seeks a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (plaintiff-side) based in Long Island, NY. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful cases within a supportive, remote team environment. The attorney will handle cases from intake through trial, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong client communication.

Duties

  • Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations.
  • Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored strategies.
  • Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and staff on trial preparation.
  • Analyze liability, damages, and risk to guide case direction.
  • Maintain strong, consistent client communication.

Requirements

  • 17 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
  • Active NY Bar license required.
  • Strong courtroom experience with a track record of results.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active NY Bar license.
