Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks patent agent/technical writer with 2+ years of large law firm experience in patent prosecution work. The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of provisional and non-provisional patent applications. Will have a small amount of opinion work and possible/transactional/licensing work. Handle a variety of transactional patent matters. Client counseling and portfolio management. US and Foreign prosecution. Should have a degree in either Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineer, or Computer Science. Must preferably be Registered with the USPTO.
