Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
  • Admission to the USPTO.

Education

  • Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

Certifications

  • USPTO registration.

Skills

  • Proficiency in patent prosecution for technologies such as machine learning, telecommunications, and autonomous driving.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
