Duties

• Handle intellectual property litigation, transactional, or prosecution matters.
• Collaborate with associates to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services to clients.
• Build and manage client relationships effectively.
• Participate in the firm’s growth initiatives, including bringing in new clients or groups.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to younger associates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in intellectual property law, including litigation, transactions, or other related practices.
• Existing book of business is beneficial but not required.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
