• Duties
• Advise clients on copyright registration, protection, and enforcement strategies.

• Represent clients in copyright infringement disputes and litigation.

• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting copyright law.
• Conduct copyright audits and due diligence in corporate transactions.
• Support firm messaging and thought leadership in copyright law developments.

• Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing before a State Bar.
• Demonstrated experience in copyright law, licensing, and enforcement.
• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple complex copyright matters independently.
