Duties

  • Guide clients through asset preservation and Medicaid applications.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, or Elder Law preferred.
  • Ability to empathize and provide guidance in high-crisis situations.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the state of Maine.
