A law firm seeks an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team in Richmond, Virginia. Duties

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
  • Experience in estate planning, particularly in revocable trust preparation and trust funding.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail with impeccable spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • DC and/or Maryland licenses are a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
