Duties

• Engage in litigation in state and federal courts.

Requirements

• Practical or legal knowledge of the construction industry.
• Experience with construction disputes and mechanics' liens preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Superb written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas bar.
