Associate Litigation Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft well-reasoned motions and a variety of court forms with meticulous attention to detail

• Prepare and review discovery materials to support litigation strategy and case progression

• Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, guiding them through sensitive legal processes

• Represent clients during select court appearances, confidently advocating their positions

• Engage in ongoing legal research to stay current with developments in family law statutes and case law

• Collaborate on depositions, helping shape the foundation of legal arguments and case outcomes

Qualifications & Background:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree earned from an accredited institution

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing (no history of disciplinary action)

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in family law practice, with an emphasis on litigation

• Demonstrated proficiency in legal writing, with the ability to produce persuasive and well-structured documents

• Analytical thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for advocacy
