Duties

  • Collaborate with bank and non-bank financial institutions on syndicated and club transactions.
  • Engage in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance projects.
  • Focus on cash flow lending and sophisticated finance transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of finance experience.
  • Experience with private credit sponsor acquisition financings.
  • Admitted to the state bar of the preferred office location.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

  • State bar admission in the preferred office location.

Skills

  • Strong deal experience at a large law firm.
  • Proficiency in cash flow lending and finance transactions.
