The successful candidate will collaborate with the Managing Attorney to deliver exceptional client outcomes, leveraging extensive experience in family law litigation and trials to guide a team of associate attorneys.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex family law cases from inception to resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Attorney to develop strategic case approaches.
  • Represent clients in and outside of court.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court.
  • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents.
  • Maintain open communication with clients throughout their cases.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Texas Bar admission.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience handling family law cases in Texas.
  • Proficiency in tracking billable hours and utilizing technology.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and resilience under pressure.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and dependability.
  • Problem-solving skills and dedication to achieving results.
  • Previous management experience or similar leadership roles preferred.

Education
