Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Of Counsel for its Antitrust and Competition practice group in California. The ideal candidate will have experience in antitrust and competition law, government and internal investigations, and government enforcement actions, or civil antitrust litigation. Duties

• Represent clients in state and federal court.

Requirements

• Proven track record in handling government and internal investigations.
• Prior federal clerkship experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
