Job Overview

Duties

• Handle litigation matters from initiation to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with clients on employment law challenges, handbook drafting, and training activities.

Requirements

• Admission to the Colorado Bar.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with employment laws and litigation experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
