Mass Tort Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mass Tort Attorney to join their legal team in Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves managing and litigating mass tort cases, advocating for clients affected by defective products, pharmaceuticals, or environmental hazards. The attorney will be integral to case strategy, client communication, and all phases of litigation.

Duties

• Manage personal injury matters in mass tort cases.
• Handle large dockets of clients, including Plaintiff Fact Sheet and production processes.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and others both over the phone and in person.
• Demonstrate outstanding organization, research, writing, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury matters within mass tort cases (preferred).
• Ability to engage and inspire teamwork to achieve firm goals.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering the best client outcomes.
• Proficiency in technology and case management software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
• Capability to handle pressure and adhere to deadlines.
• Exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
• High degree of emotional intelligence in client and team interactions.
• Adherence to legal and ethical obligations.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
