Mass Tort Attorney

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mass Tort Attorney to join their legal team in Corpus Christi, TX. This role involves managing and litigating mass tort cases, advocating for clients affected by defective products, pharmaceuticals, or environmental hazards. The attorney will be integral to case strategy, client communication, and all litigation phases.

Duties

• Manage personal injury matters in mass tort cases.
• Work with large dockets of clients, including Plaintiff Fact Sheet processes.
• Interact with clients, vendors, and others in person and over the phone.
• Conduct thorough research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mass tort cases preferred.
• Proficiency in case management software and technology.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational, research, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar License in good standing.
