• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel to seek advantageous settlements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Provide clear legal advice to policyholders regarding their rights and options.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys and legal professionals for optimal outcomes.
• Execute strategies to market and build business in the Cincinnati area.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the applicable state bar.
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation experience, with expertise in first-party property insurance law preferred.
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop client relationships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and trial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
