Duties

• Analyze and interpret insurance coverage issues.
• Prepare detailed coverage opinions.
• Litigate first and third-party claims.
• Handle bad faith claims.
• Conduct depositions and attend court conferences.
• Draft and argue motions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of insurance coverage experience.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Texas Bar admission.
• Deposition and trial experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
