Duties

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
• Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review.
• Prepare and review leases, subleases, and licenses.
• Handle easements and loan documents.
• Manage joint ventures and LLC operating agreements.
• Work on limited partnership agreements.
• Assist with transactions under threat of eminent domain.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant transactional experience.
• Excellent credentials from a top law school.
• Current bar admission.
• Previous law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.
