Duties

• Manage litigation from intake through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Handle unlawful detainers, habitability, quiet title, and related disputes.
• Research and write court-ready briefs.
• Appear for hearings, law and motion, conferences, and trial.
• Build case strategy with firm leadership.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• Civil litigation experience, from newly admitted to senior level.
• Comfort with motion practice, discovery, and court appearances.
• Real estate or landlord-tenant experience is a plus.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
