Duties:

• Handle a variety of insurance defense litigation cases, ensuring timely and effective case management.
• Provide legal counsel, drafting, and filing legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and work within a supportive team environment.
• Manage a caseload and ensure efficient progress through various stages of litigation.
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring the best outcomes for their cases.
• Participate in legal research, strategy development, and case review meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong litigation skills and proven experience in handling complex cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Louisiana.
