Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs and commercial sales agreements.
• Evaluate vendor agreements and assist with mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide advice and negotiation support on contractual provisions and compliance.
• Assess and mitigate legal risks for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Transactions.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and work independently.
• Experience in Transactional Law.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
