Duties

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using technology and best practices.
  • Support digitalization efforts, including automation and data management.
  • Integrate and promote legal technology, including generative AI, within the practice.
  • Develop client-facing solutions to enhance collaboration and data sharing.
  • Create and manage knowledge and precedent libraries.
  • Evaluate and improve legal service efficiency through data analysis and trend monitoring.
  • Educate legal professionals on technology and client solutions.
  • Develop case studies and innovation materials for business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum six years of experience in litigation, regulatory, transactional, or legislative policy in a large law firm.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse variables.
  • Familiarity with legal technology and AI applications.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
