Job Overview

Duties

  • Engage in deposition practice, including taking and defending depositions.
  • Participate in courtroom proceedings and oral arguments.
  • Prepare witnesses for testimony.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct discovery and eDiscovery processes.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of commercial litigation experience in Delaware.
  • Licensed to practice law in Delaware; PA or NJ admission is a plus.
  • Experience with DE Chancery Court preferred.
  • Experience with trials and class actions is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Delaware.

Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both independently and in teams.
