Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Litigation Career Associate with over seven years of civil litigation experience to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the opportunity to engage in substantive legal work with the option for fully remote arrangements.

Duties

• Provide general case team support.
• Conduct strong legal research.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Manage discovery tasks, including e-discovery.
• Oversee case and project management.
• Prepare for depositions and trials.
• Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation.
• Outstanding interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong academic credentials and a writing sample.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
