Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Litigation Associate to join its team in Los Angeles, CA. The position allows for remote work from anywhere in the US, provided the candidate holds a valid California bar license.

Duties

• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom activities, including file management and motion practice.
• Conduct depositions and manage e-discovery processes.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume litigation practice experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the CA bar.
