Duties

• Collaborate with the head of public finance to transition and expand the practice.
• Engage in complex financing transactions for state and municipal governments, underwriters, banks, and nonprofits.
• Contribute to traditional redevelopment and infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Partner-level experience in public finance and municipal bonds.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and writing skills.
• Sophisticated transactional experience with some portable business.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar of Minnesota.
