A law firm seeks a Senior Associate Attorney to join their team in Norwood, Ohio. Duties

  • Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually.

  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

  • Licensed in Ohio required; Indiana and/or Kentucky licensure is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience required; all qualified applicants considered.
  • Foreclosure, bankruptcy, or collections experience preferred.
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Ohio; additional state bar admissions are advantageous.
