Job Overview

Duties

  • Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
  • Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
  • Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.

Requirements

  • Licensed in Kentucky (required).
  • 0-3+ years of experience (all qualified applicants considered).
  • Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven.
  • Multi-state licensure is a plus, especially if licensed in Indiana or Ohio.
  • Experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or collections is desirable.
  • Federal licensure is advantageous.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in Kentucky.
