Duties

  • Assist in preparing regulatory filings for client licensing.
  • Support senior attorneys on multistate operational strategies.
  • Collaborate on cross-disciplinary matters.
  • Participate in client meetings and pitches.

Requirements

  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and communicative.
  • Membership in the State Bar of the office location or ability to become admitted promptly.
