Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Colorado licensed litigation attorney to join their Litigation Department in Denver, CO. Opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions are available. The role involves client representation at all phases of the litigation process.

Duties

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including commercial real estate, business disputes, labor and employment, construction, and franchise litigation.
  • Conduct trials and arbitrations.
  • Examine witnesses and conduct depositions.
  • Engage in client-facing activities to grow practice and client base.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in civil litigation.
  • Trial and/or arbitration experience.

Education

  • JD from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in Colorado and in good standing.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
