Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join its Denver, CO office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and conducting legal research.

Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents.
• Manage discovery processes, including depositions.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years' litigation experience.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar membership in good standing.
