Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of federal litigation experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and mature judgment.
  • Experience or interest in administrative law and health care reimbursement.
  • Clerkship experience preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in good standing.
