Duties

  • Litigate personal injury cases from complaint to resolution.
  • Negotiate with defense counsel and insurance companies.

  • Prepare for and attend depositions, court, and trials.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred).

  • California Bar license required.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
