Associate Attorney

Gassaway office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 1 year of experience. The candidate will vigorously litigate cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients. Represent clients in Court and before government agencies. Negotiate settlements, mediate cases, and depositions. Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery tailored to each client and case. Must have West Virginia Bar admittance.

The candidate must have a JD degree. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Must have familiarity with various legal documents. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have the ability to build rapport with clients. Must have excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
