Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Trust, Estate, and Tax Attorney to join their practice in either Phoenix or Tucson, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration.

Duties

• Prepare and file Form 706 Estate Tax and 709 Gift Tax returns.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents.
• Engage in business succession planning for high-net-worth clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
• Strong drafting skills in relevant legal documents.
• Experience with high-net-worth client planning preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• CPA and/or LLM strongly preferred.

Skills

• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in tax return preparation.
