Duties

• Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage debt and equity financings and leasing agreements.
• Engage in overall development work with local and national clients.
• Collaborate directly with senior partners and clients.
• Participate in client development and relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high energy level.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage a challenging workload.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Experience at a regional or national law firm preferred.
• Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
