Duties

• Represent clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
• Counsel business clients on corporate formation and governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements.
• Plan and create condominium and planned community regimes.
• Engage in general business representation and counseling.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in real estate acquisition, development, and financing.
• Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
