Duties

  • Advise clients on AI deployment, data usage, and licensing compliance with EU and U.S. privacy laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including IP and software licenses.
  • Lead cross-border breach responses and cybersecurity incident management.
  • Develop corporate privacy policies and AI governance frameworks.
  • Support clients during regulatory investigations and audits.
  • Manage multi-jurisdictional projects and complex negotiations.

Requirements

  • JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent degree.
  • 3 years of experience advising on EU and U.S. data privacy and cybersecurity laws.
  • Experience drafting and reviewing various legal agreements.
  • Admitted to practice law in New York.

  • JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent degree.
