Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney in Los Angeles, California. The role involves managing a caseload of family-based immigration matters, including family petitions, adjustment of status, consular processing, naturalization, and waivers. The candidate will communicate frequently with monolingual Spanish-speaking clients and travel periodically to Orange County and Phoenix, AZ.

Duties

  • Manage family-based immigration cases.
  • Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend hearings.
  • Conduct outreach and represent the firm.
  • Work a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to California or Arizona bar.
  • 1-5 years of experience in family-based immigration law.
  • Strong fluency in Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and staff.
