Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. The successful candidate will collaborate with attorneys and support staff across various offices, managing a diverse caseload independently. The ideal candidate is licensed in Ohio and has a minimum of three years of experience in foreclosure, title, and financial services.

Duties

• Review documentation for compliance with state and federal law.
• Draft and review pleadings and case-related documents.
• Evaluate files and provide legal opinions.
• Identify and resolve title issues through litigation or non-litigated means.
• Advise clients on file-level scenarios.
• Manage a diverse workload independently.
• Attend virtual and in-person hearings as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in foreclosure, title, and financial services.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Membership with the Ohio State Bar.
