Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced foreclosure attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will hold an Ohio or Kentucky license, with additional licenses in Indiana and/or West Virginia being advantageous. The role involves drafting and reviewing pleadings, making court appearances in the Cincinnati area, and supporting the foreclosure process in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Draft and review legal pleadings.
• Appear in court throughout the Cincinnati area.
• Support the foreclosure process in a high-volume setting.

Requirements

• Active and in good standing with the Ohio or Kentucky Bar.
• Licenses in multiple states are a plus.
• Experience in real estate and title work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
• At least 5 years of experience in creditor's rights/foreclosure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Ohio or Kentucky Bar License.
