Duties

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.

Requirements

• Strong negotiation and communication skills in high-stress situations.
• Preference for candidates with a criminal justice background.
• Active member in good standing with the American Bar Association.
• Proven success in advocating for both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
• J.D. degree required.
