Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law in The Woodlands, TX. The ideal candidate will focus on leading high-impact family law cases with full support from the firm's marketing and administrative teams.

Duties

  • Lead contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders.
  • Represent clients in Montgomery County and surrounding courts.
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and First-Chair trials.
  • Provide compassionate, results-driven counsel to clients.

Requirements

  • Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
  • At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience.
  • Ability to manage a high-impact docket under pressure.
  • Experience in family law hearings and estate/guardianship proceedings.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

  • Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems.
  • Highly organized with strong courtroom presence.
