Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Purchase and Sales Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will join a well-established team and should be a member in good standing of the WA Bar, with a preference for experience in closing real estate transactions.

Duties

  • Oversee residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales and refinances.
  • Review title documents.
  • Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate transactions.
  • Draft and review loan documents, contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreements.
  • Provide a professional and engaging client experience, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Review disbursement ledgers and sign checks.
  • Develop and grow business relationships for the firm.
  • Conduct training for potential clients in real estate law.

Requirements

  • 8 years of Purchase and Sales real estate experience required.
  • Member of the WA State Bar in good standing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and independently.
  • Self-starter with community involvement and results-oriented mindset.
  • Growth-minded with a focus on residential real estate.
  • Strong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in WA.
