Job Overview

Duties

• Develop and execute litigation strategy in coordination with the team.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and argue motions before the court.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery disputes.
• Counsel clients and serve as a point of contact throughout litigation.

Requirements

• Admitted and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 2-8 years of complex commercial or business litigation experience.
• Demonstrated drafting, legal research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency with document review platforms, such as Relativity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
