Job Title: Partner-Level Attorney

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Lead and manage complex probate and estate matters

• Advise clients on estate planning, fiduciary obligations, and probate litigation

• Oversee and collaborate with junior attorneys and support staff

• Maintain compliance with Florida legal procedures and court rules

• Develop and manage client relationships with a focus on strategic planning

• Contribute to practice growth through client development and mentorship

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing probate matters at a senior or partner level

• Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible for prompt admission

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a legal team or practice management

• High level of professional ethics and client service orientation

• Capacity to manage caseload independently with minimal supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in The Florida Bar (or willingness to obtain admission)

Skills:

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of probate law, court procedures, and estate planning

• Ability to work with diverse clientele, including high-net-worth individuals

• Spanish language proficiency preferred
