Duties:

• Provide advanced legal guidance in estate structuring, asset distribution, and wealth preservation

• Advise clients on trusts, wills, charitable giving, and business succession strategies

• Build and manage client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families

• Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional legal matters

• Contribute to the development of the firm’s estate and wealth planning initiatives

• Participate in strategic decision-making for client portfolios and firm growth

• Maintain compliance with relevant legal standards and evolving regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

• Significant experience in estate planning, tax mitigation, and trust administration

• Demonstrated success in a leadership or partner-level legal role

• Admission to The Florida Bar, or eligibility and willingness to obtain admission

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities

• Cultural competence and the ability to work with a diverse client base

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• Florida Bar membership is strongly preferred

Skills:

• Deep understanding of estate and trust law, wealth transfer vehicles, and related tax implications

• Strong client development skills and a history of maintaining long-term relationships

• Strategic thinking with attention to legal detail

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus and highly valued
